So the food pantry was a success again this past Saturday. The 4th Sat of the month. We meet every time from 8am - 10am. The difference is that we were able to deliver to 10 families that do not have transportation to the food pantry, but they were referred to us as families with food deficiencies and needed some help. Two of the families were elderly ladies that struggle to keep food because of the cost of housing and medication. So the ability for us to drop off a box a food to them is priceless to say the least. This time we had two friends come out to assist us in the service to the community and we appreciated the extra hands. Thanks Heidi, we love you. We are still progressing along to obtain a cargo van to do deliveries and pick ups. We appreciate all of the support. We continue in the Lord, that he will continue to make a way out of no way in our lives and in the community we serve.

AnnetteWell most people consider us the food people . We have been delivering, collecting and distributing food to our community and neighboring communities for over 20 years. We do what we can for whoever needs assistance. We are so happy to be doing what we do and we have always taught our children to do the same. From small they have been helping us help the community. Now that they are adults and have their own lives , they still come to help us, in the communities we live in. As we progress in the calling God has on our lives. We see things happening for affordable housing, and drug and alcoholic rehabilitation. We currently do a food pantry, and have need of many things. A new location since Hurricane Maria 2 years ago, we continue to search for the location God has for us. Most of our supplies are stored in our home and are transported out to our community because of the loss of our location 2 years ago. We rent Uhaul vans for transportation needs, but we hope we will be purchasing a cargo van for the service we have to our community very soon. Archives
