So often we get so wrapped up in what is going on in our own lives that we forget their is always someone in a worst situation. It will keep things in perspective every time. We at Sowing 4 Jesus are working with a family that is living in a hotel. Mom and Dad both lost their jobs from Covid-19. Of course Unemployment hasn't kicked in, and most of us know what a mess that whole system is and how long it is taking to get even a piece of payment. Anyway this family is living in a hotel with 3 young boys ages 5,3 and 1. This is the topper the dad has been back and forth in the hospital for a couple of weeks because he doesn't want to leave his young family without him. But the dad is having issues with his pancreas , the hospital told him not to leave but he couldn't let his family be put on the street. The hotel they are living in has allowed them to stay , without payment now they are at 3 days and have to pay and don't have any funding . OH my goodness!!! What would you do? They are so nice too. About one month ago the husband was hit from behind and totaled their little car, so they don't have transportation either, as a alternative living situation. What do you do?? Do you ignore the need? Do you do nothing? Do you say I have no way to help? We get it , but if you can you help, will you help? or is it just not your problem? We get that too. But we Sow 4 Jesus , just for opportunities like this. Will you help us help them? Please go to our website and donate. Thank you if you can , thank you if you cant. This is what we are called to do, help , serve, and love anyway .

AnnetteWell most people consider us the food people . We have been delivering, collecting and distributing food to our community and neighboring communities for over 20 years. We do what we can for whoever needs assistance. We are so happy to be doing what we do and we have always taught our children to do the same. From small they have been helping us help the community. Now that they are adults and have their own lives , they still come to help us, in the communities we live in. As we progress in the calling God has on our lives. We see things happening for affordable housing, and drug and alcoholic rehabilitation. We currently do a food pantry, and have need of many things. A new location since Hurricane Maria 2 years ago, we continue to search for the location God has for us. Most of our supplies are stored in our home and are transported out to our community because of the loss of our location 2 years ago. We rent Uhaul vans for transportation needs, but we hope we will be purchasing a cargo van for the service we have to our community very soon. Archives
